Established in 2003, the CEP GROUP is a leading manufacturer and distributor of OEM& REPLACEMENT parts for Caterpillar®, Komatsu®, Cummins® and other well-known equipment, located in FANANO(MO) Italy.
CEP Group consists of four commercial facilities, CEP International Ltd., CEP Europe S.R.L., CEP Green S.R.L., CEP America, LLC, and thre factories, RC S. R. L., Meccanica Pastorelli S.R.L. and Esserci S.R.L. on Italy.
The CEP Group serves many well-known OEMs in China and Europe especially in Italy.
With over 17-year experience in production and distribution, the CEP Group has cultivated a team of highly skilled production and sales engineers who are able to ensure the highest quality, competitive prices and timely delivery.
Over the years, CEP group has also developed solid partnership with numerous parts manufacturers in China and Europe, including many Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM), CEP’s product lines include Engine & Engine parts, Transmission and final drive components, Brake items, Hydraulic components, and Undercarriage products. HISTORY
CEP International was founded in March of 2003; CEP became the OEM supplier of ITM for undercarriage components.
CEP exported complete bulldozers to middle east countries
CEP jointed the IDA(Independent Distributors Association)
CEP set up its own warehouse in Shanghai, China, exercising strict control on the quality and packing of all the parts.
CEP became the OEM supplier of ITM for Floating Seal Groups.
CEP became the OEM supplier of Shantui(Komatsu, China) for Floating Seal Groups.
CEP became the OEM supplier of BERCO for Floating Seal Groups
CEP established CEP EUROPE S.R.L. in Italy, within the same year.
CEP International achieved the certification of SGS to comply with ISO 9001:2008.

On March 1, 2022, CEP EUROPE S.R.L. acquired Meccanica Pastorelli Srl. , who has thirty years experience in the field of CNC drilling and mechanical processing for the Automotive and earthmoving spare parts.
CEP Europe srl acquires Esseci srl, an important manufacturer of sealing units and a point of reference for the Italian mechanical industry
